I'm here to lose 20 lbs. Don't spam me or send me links to your private photos or work-from-home websites. I swim a lot, try to exercise and eat well, and want to slim down. I'm recovering from foot, wrist, and back surgery, so I'm doing lots of PT in addition to working out.

So what is your plan for losing 20lbs? Will that take you from obese to healthy range or is the 20lbs just the starting point before reevaluation? What is your daily calorie goal? Are you thinking about macros or just calorie goal?
I’m asking because you do not seem to be looking for help or advice.
