I can do this I know I can

My goal is to lose 25kg I've done it before. I have recently given up smoking well 4 months ago and have packed on the weight. I need to make time for myself and my health as I am a solo mother and I work part time as well. What are some good exercises that burn calories fast and take as little time as possible.

    Yes you can!! I gave up smoking july 10th. Cold turkey!

    I know how hard it can be finding time for yourself when you're looking after small humans and working! But, while exercising has a range of health benefits, did you know that you can lose weight without doing any exercise? All you need for weight loss is to create a calorie deficit - you can do that by increasing the calories you burn (exercising) and/or by reducing the calories you eat.
    It might be a good place to start, especially if quitting smoking has caused you to eat more. Start by tracking what you eat in the food diary, and see where your problem areas might be, and then go from there! You can do this!
