    This is the motivation I need.

    I lost 70 lb. in 2005. I kept it off a while, but it crept back.

    I dropped 30 lb. last year. I let life conspire against me and I gained it back.

    I'd like to drop about 40-50 lb. this time. I need to know that once I get there, I can keep it off. Thanks for posting and showing that it's possible. :D
