Where did all my recordings go?

I’ve been recording on MyFitnessPal for years and all of a sudden they all disappeared. Call me crazy but I like to look back through them every now and again but they are all gone!

So I can’t have any data after November 2019? I’m a bit confused? Or can I only have 2 years of data at a time?

If (some or all of your) data that are older than 2 years from today have disappeared, the answer is that this is per official MFP policy, implemented November 1, 2019 in spite of objections.

The policy doesn't say that MFP **HAS** to kill your old data. It says that they **can** kill some, all, or none... whatever floats their boat!

If data that are NOT older than 2 years have disappeared, then you should contact support as this would NOT be per stated policy.

Stated policy is that both free and premium accounts have access to 2 years of logged data. And premium users can continue to have access to old data while they pay the premium.

If your data have NOT disappeared, as you seem to indicate in the post quoted above, then I don't understand the original question which stated that your data disappeared!
