    Wow! Great job! You look wonderful! What did you do for exercise?

    I have been doing a mix of everything. I have been going to the gym and working out on the treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster and bike. I have been doing weights and circuits. I have been trying to walk as much as possible, If it is possible to walk where I am going I do! I have also been doing DVDs at home, everything from Richard Simmons to the 30 Day shred.
