Hi , I've been using MFP for a couple of years off and on, just started using it consistently. I'm 37 yrs. young , current lifestyle consists of intermittent fasting(16-24) with a whole food diet and strength training 3 days a week. Took the summer off of working out , just getting back in the swing of things as of last weekend. Using MFP to track macro's is great .
