Fitness Motivation

Make a plan! Don’t walk into the gym not knowing what you plan to do that day.

Make it a priority. Workout first thing before doing else.

    Having a plan helps. But especially if you work out at peak time, have OPTIONS. Certain weights or machines may not be available to you, and if you're on a schedule, then you'll have to have a plan B.
    The biggest thing about fitness motivation is just being consistent everyday. Whether it's a resistance day, cardio day or both, staying fit takes consistency.
