6 Weeks - advice needed!

Eek! I ordered my bridesmaid dress last November and tried it on yesterday. The zipper goes about 3/4 of the way up. I have 6 weeks to get into this bad boy. I am reigning in my eating and had already begun that before I tried on the dress. I am adding in cardio. Lots of cardio.
I go to my personal trainer twice a week for strength training. I am going to do the C25K app. So jogging 3 times a week. Walking 15,000 steps a day and throw in Beachbody Cize twice a week (more if needed).
Any other suggestions to probably lose about an inch in my upper body by August?

Hard to say without knowing your training history and personal info.
I'd probably not do all the cardio and just focus on well written training with a well balanced diet.
If your body is adapted to that amount of cardio, cool.
If not, your not utilizing proper load management and increasing the risk of injury. If that takes place, you might be more limited on what you can do than just being reasonable within your adaprations.
I'm not saying you will get injured, but increasing risk.3 -

I'd worry less about all the cardio and work on a reasonable calorie deficit. People think that they can exercise away the fat, but it's exhausting and logging your food correctly will have a bigger impact.
I love exercise, don't get me wrong, but have learned that you need to evaluate your intake, and do moderate exercise.5
