PCOS weight loss

Due to stress level, closed gyms and sciatica in last year I stucked at 74 kg and can’t loose any weight (i had 61 kg in begining 2020). PCOS got me locked in unhealty body and I need help with nutricionist and home training. Any advice?

I also have PCOS, my nutritionist suggested that I go on a high protein low calorie diet. It’s been working out for me rather well. I take Apple cider vinegar supplements to help decrease my appetite which also has helped me with my cravings.1
