It's been a good few months since I decided to get fitter and thinner again after reverting back to bad habits and putting on lots of weight/fat.
I started off at about 70kgs (150lbs) with a 33in waist (for reference im 5'7.5).
I'm now down to about 63kgs (around 140lbs) and have a 29/28in waist (very dependent on bloating since im lactose intolerant now lol)
