Hello there My Fitness Pals!

I am going to be starting a three challenges for September! One for wall-sits, plank, and squats! If you would like to join or are interested let me know! Id love to have more people to help support me along the way! I think it would be nice to get a group going!

Squat Challenge

Start where you are comfortable, then add 5 each day for 30days! (Example- if you start day 1 at 5, day 2 would be 10, day three would be 15, and so on :) )

Day 1- 30 seconds
Day 2- 45sec
Day 3- 1 min
Day 4- 45sec
Day 5- 1 min
Day 6- 1min 20sec
Day 7- rest
Day 8- 1min
Day 9- 1min 30sec
Day 10- 1 min 15sec
Day 11- 1min 45sec
Day 12- 1min 30sec
Day 13- 2mins
Day 14- rest
Day 15- 2min 10sec
Day 16- 1min 45sec
Day 17- 2mins
Day 18- 1min 45sec
Day 19- 2mins 20sec
