Hey there. I could always use a few people in my queue who encourage me and check in on me sometimes.

I dont do too horribly at the "dieting" part of it since my life is one huge diet. I have to think about what goes into my mouth constantly since gluten and wheat will literally make me ill. I tend do really well and then get sloppy with the little calories which eventually puts me back where I started. Curse of the office job I guess. I'd like to get back to my pre-office-job body/weight and actually stay there. I figure 40 lbs is do-able.

And if you work dt YEG I might be game to go for walks at lunch time since I do need to up my exercise quotient and going alone is not motivating.
