My fitness journey

My fitness journey began about 5 months ago. I was pushing 250 and I was tired and not healthy. I woke up one morning and decided enough was enough. I have been at it super hard for about 5 months now and am noticing amazing results. My next goal it to train for a competition next year and get better with counting macros. Looking to use this app again but actually take it seriously this time. I am excited to see what the future brings on this journey.rsxh6xkw1viy.jpeg
