Macros for Weight Loss (Vegetarian)?

Hi All,
After searching macros topics, I'm really confused - does anyone have advice on what my macros should be set to for weight loss? I have my current goal set to 1.5lb/week and MFP's default setting for macros but I think the carbs are really high. I'm a 27yr old woman, 5'6", vegetarian and am looking to lose ~35-40lbs within the next year. A fitness plan is in the works, right now I fit in what I can and am just trying to get my diet adjusted.
Any help would be appreciated!

You don't have to follow the macro settings to lose weight, just hit your calorie goal. If eating more protein makes you feel fuller throughout the day, then eat more. If you need the visual, the just adjust it until the % looks right to you.0
