Re-grouping!

I have been doing pretty well but find it is once again re-grouping time. I am writing a new committment list and goals, re-reading all my information from Diet Free Life and how to combine my meals and re-reading success stories. I like to do this once a month or so just to keep it all fresh. I am having a hard week due to menopause which since doing DFL has not been nearly as bad and the symptoms such as bloating and weight gains do not happen every month it is like it skips a month. BUT it is always temporary too. I just have to stay focused and keep on journaling!
