Eating to Gain Muscle - Good Sources?

Ok, so I've lost the fat, and now it's time to build muscle. So, I understand, I've got to eat. I've got to eat a lot. I'm having a hard time cramming that food in. 2400 calories a day based on my TDEE.
So, what are some good source materials I can look into for recipes and the such? Anyone know of any good cookbooks and the like that provide good high calorie recipes? I like cooking, I cook from scratch, so I'm not looking for easy, quick recipes. I'll spend a couple of hours in the kitchen, I don't mind.
