How to track pre-prepped meals on my fitness pal?

So I thinking of paying for weekly meal preps that come already made and have the macros/calories on it, however I don't know how I would be able to accurately put down and track the calories/macros on my fitness-all without having to put down each ingredient one by one.

    Do you have the macros and calories for the whole meal?
    If so, I would just create a 'food' for the entire meal.

    Or are the macros and calories for each individual ingredient? Then log separately. But if ingredients are repeatedly used, it should be easier after a while, since MFP remembers food you've entered multiple times. And you can also copy meals and save meals.

    Use the recipe builder to put together your meal. Tell the recipe builder how many servings, then when you eat one, log it by the name of the recipe
