How to track pre-prepped meals on my fitness pal?

So I thinking of paying for weekly meal preps that come already made and have the macros/calories on it, however I don't know how I would be able to accurately put down and track the calories/macros on my fitness-all without having to put down each ingredient one by one.

Do you have the macros and calories for the whole meal?
If so, I would just create a 'food' for the entire meal.
Or are the macros and calories for each individual ingredient? Then log separately. But if ingredients are repeatedly used, it should be easier after a while, since MFP remembers food you've entered multiple times. And you can also copy meals and save meals.1 -

Use the recipe builder to put together your meal. Tell the recipe builder how many servings, then when you eat one, log it by the name of the recipe0
