Hey, my name is Michael, im starting my fitness journey after not exercising for over a year. I broke my collar bone, and lost a terrible amount of strength from it. If anyone can relate to this, and has any tips I would greatly appreciate it!

Hey welcome Michael, it sucks recovering from an injury. Just keep doing whatever your physio has instructed....not so surprisingly the exercises work! I had a rotator cuff repaired in 2019 and I'm still working on the strength and endurance. Basically make it your job to get it back to its original state is my suggestion. It's hard work but will come1
