Are you asking "how do I log exercise in the diary, period?" or "what entry do I pick for boxing?"

    If it's the first thing:
    * On the app, tap the + button on the homepage and tap Exercise. Select Cardiovascular, then search for "boxing" - there's like 10 options that come up, pick whichever best describes your workout. Input how many minutes you spent boxing. Note that MFP's calorie burn estimates from exercise tend to be...not very accurate, so take that number with a grain of salt. If you have your own wearable device that can track calorie burn during exercise, that number may be more accurate for you, but calories out is always going to be an approximation since there is no direct way to measure it in vivo.
    * On the desktop site, go to Exercise > Exercise Diary in the top blue bars, click Add Exercise under Cardiovascular, follow the procedure above.

If it's the second thing, that's going to depend on what exactly you're doing. Like I said, there's about 10 different entries that contain the word "boxing" in the cardio database. Are you sparring with another person in the ring, hitting a bag by yourself, kickboxing, doing judo/karate/a similar martial art, playing Wii Fit Boxing?

Also worth noting is that only cardio entries reflect a calorie burn in the diary (those are the "exercise calories" you're meant to "eat back," if you've seen that phrasing around here). The Strength part of the exercise diary is for tracking weight moved and reps completed (e.g., 3x10 biceps curls w/ 10lb dumbbell), it doesn't give you a calorie burn. There are no boxing entries in the Strength database.
