Look at the Tracks

Im using that as motivation, not as a dark metaphor but I use to run a lot and I loved it. Looking at the track I didn’t stop because I had a goal in mind. My Mike time got better and so when I think about what I accomplished then I see no reason to not accomplish it now. I want to be comfortable in my skin from here on out. I want to be kind to myself and learn to be healthy in the right way. This doesn’t mean I’ll have to stop eating cookies just eat in smaller quantities
