Getting over the hump...

I need some fabulous suggestions for getting over my last 5lbs. My high weight was 148 and my current weight is 123.6, I am 5'2", my goal weight is 118 lbs. I cannot get under this very specific number and I am frustrated. I stick to around 1200 calories per day plus workout calories on workout days. I am obviously missing something here, I have been stuck at this weight for most of the summer though sometimes I get up to 124.4. Please help!

Up your calories. With so little to lose, you shouldn't be eating at a larger deficit. You could figure out your TDEE and take a 10% cut off that to figure out how many calories you should be eating with your exercise.

You can find that out here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Edited to also say, the closer you are to goal the slower/longer it will take to lose as well.

You're at a place where weight is no longer an accurate measure of fat loss for you. 5 lbs is within the normal variation in water weight during the day, so it's going to be hard to make the scale do what you want. Plus, when you start eating at maintenance again, you will replenish your glycogen stores and gain some water weight. You will be much better served by tracking body measurements than weight at this point. You also should be eating at a much less agressive deficit. I suspect you still have MFP set to lose 2 lbs/week, which is nearly impossible that close to goal weight. Reduce your goal to 1 lbs/week or even 0.5 lbs/week for a while and track measurements rather than scale.
