Have you ever had one of those days, incidents or occurrences that really showed you where you were at??? I did just a couple of weeks ago. Helped a buddy move, granted he moved from the 3rd floor, and the new place was on the 2nd floor, it was 98 out with ZERO wind and blaring Sun but danggggggggggggg it whoopppppped my butt, As in baddddd..
What it showed me was yeah I may be pretty strong for 56 but I am not any where in the shape I should be. So 2 weeks ago I started doing "2 a days" some light cardio and light lifting first thing in the morning, ( I am not a morning person at all so this is big for me ) then my regular lifting workout with some more cardio in the afternoon. Then like I've always done some light stretching and floor work at night,,,,,
Starting to feel some differences already, haven't lost much but dang I am moving lighter on my toes for sure. The scale not moving is p
g me off but like I said I feel I'm feeling better, stronger for sure... In the end I think that's more important....
If your looking for a Pal that not only stays actives but responds to other Pals post hit me up. I'd love to hear from ya!!

If you want the scale to move, count calories. It works. And it doesn’t have to be radical. Think about it. 100 excess calories per day will get us gaining 10 lbs per year. 100 calorie deficit will get us losing that same 10 lbs. Fact is I can undo a hour at the gym in less than five minutes with a fork in my hands.2
