Food timing

So, I have started CICO to lose weight, however with certain medications I'm required to take, I tend to have 0 appetite until they wear off. My medication tends to last all day. So for my first meal(at 1 PM) I tend to eat around 350-370 calories. This lasts me until around midnight until I get hungry. After the meds wear off is it bad for me to eat the remainder of my calories, or should I only eat small amounts? Is eating a bulk of my calories at one time during the day going to interfere with weight loss results?

Don't worry about it. It might distort your weigh-ins in the short-term if you switch your eating pattern (difference in food waste in your system) but it doesn't matter for weight loss. Just eat when it suits you most.
The only things it might interfere with is, but these are highly individual:
- your sleep (some people sleep badly with a full stomach)
- exercise (you might not have the energy for intense exercise during the day if you've only eaten 300-400 calories)11 -
Do what works for you!
I tend to eat my calories later in the day.1
