Does anyone have any 200 calorie meal ideas/recipes you’d like to share ?

Tuna + half a single serve cup of Guac + Tomatoes.
Tuna + Light Mayo + Sugar free relish + tomatoes.
Cottage cheese or greek yogurt + Berries
Stir fry veg mix + soy/garlic/ginger. Can add chicken and stay under that 200 cals depending on how much of the veg you do.
Chicken + Salsa + Side of some green things.
Egg, turkey bacon, piece of toast (low calorie bread and you can have TWO pieces of toast and make it a sandwich)
Kodiak cakes oatmeal + cinnamon and artificial sweetener of choice.
Chex (or special K) + unsweetened almond milk
Obviously you need to look at serving sizes and amounts, but honestly chicken, fish (in both cases not breaded and/or fried), cottage cheese, yogurt, and non-starchy veg and fruit (lettuces, cabbages, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, mushrooms, carrots, green beans, berries), and lower cal condiments (light versions, fat free versions, sugar free or those naturally that way) like mustard, sugar free bbq sauce, sugar free relish, ranch seasoning mixed in non-fat greek yogurt, vinigrettes, soy, garlic, ginger, whatever combined in assorted ways. I know you know that and things get old but. Lists to ponder, I guess.
