Hi all, I wanted to shout out and say Hello to Everyone and offer a friend request to anyone who needs a buddy to check-in with from time to time. If so, please send me a friend request cause I can sure use some good peeps in my life like all of you... I am hoping of finding my missing 6-pack of abs incase anyone happens to see them lying around. I am fun-loving guy who turned 50 and realized my abs have been stolen or misplaced. I have a 200Lbs+ journey/battle ahead of me before they may show up and I can see them again... Wish me luck as I start of day 1 of many....
