I realize it’s based on your daily lifestyle not if you workout. So I am a dog walker and I have 2 big dogs of my own I walk several times a day. I get a minimum of 10k steps usually 12k-16k. But I don’t workout. My job is my exercise.
Do I choose Lightly Active or Active?

If you're usually hitting 12K+steps per day, and possibly using some upper body strength to restrain multiple dogs when they catch sight of almost anything (squirrel, person, another dog, post, tree, hydrant, dead bug ...), you're active.3
