South African looking for support

So, it's the plague and we are back in level 4 lockdown. Figured that I might as well start taking control of my weight and life and hoping there are other SAcans that are looking for support.
I am 34 F, from Jozi, vegetarian.
SW: 90, CW: 78,8 GW: 65
Friends on here will really help me with accountability too 😉
