I lost another pound I’m down to 179 yesterday I was 180.

Congratulations! Be aware that you likely won't lose pounds every day. In fact, it's likely that some days the scale will go up - but from changes in water retention, not fat - and it's perfectly normal & healthy to have those up & down water fluctuations, sometimes multi-pound from one day to the next.
As long as you see your average weight dropping over multiple weeks, fat loss is proceeding as intended. Hang in there!
