How long did it take you to feel "fit" enough to survive Insanity? I can't get through it and I thought I was in decent shape.0

I don't think even yet I'm fit ENOUGH to get through it , im jus determined to get out of this body I feel so controlled by I've always felt I was in someone else's body , and decided I would change it I pace myself and push myself through .....I never turn it off even when I say this is fricken ridiculous I take a deep breathe a sip of water and back at it0 -
Great results! Keep of the hard work0

That both inspires me and makes me feel shame. I started the fit test last week, with a mildly sprained ankle. I quit and put it off until my ankle heals. That was crap! I can run on my ankle, so that was just an excuse that I sold myself because it was hard. I should slap myself.0 -
