Hello! Late 30s + Low impact :)

Hi All,

I’ve been on & off MFP for a while and feeling more balanced about my health goals.

I enjoy being plus sized and also cannot stay on track without something like MFP. I’m also 39 and my metabolism knows it. 😹

My goal is to lose another 33lbs (to reach 200lb), then see how I feel after that. I recently downloaded Joyn and will be incorporating low impact work outs in addition to my daily walking.

I’d love to connect with other folks in a similar position or if my post speaks to you in any way.

    All the best in your journey! It seems that you identify with being plus sized. I can identify with that statement. To get to your goals, I would challenge you to identify more with being healthy and fitness-minded. "Change your mind; change your life" as they say.

    I just turned 36, and I hope my metabolism isn't shot! 5 babies later, I'm ready to get it together! Well done on your goals!!!
