Hi everyone ! Hope you are doing well
I'm new here and i want to change my life to healthy life style but i dont know how to start exactly .... i do really feel insecure about my body even im 62kg and i'm 1.75 and this is normal but i dont like my shape and i didnt get what is the problem exactly ! Anyone can amswer me please how to get out of belly fat 😢😢

There is no way to target belly fat. Take in fewer calories than your body uses (consistently) and you will lose weight. Where that weight loss comes from is largely genetic.
