Want to get ski fit?

Hi All, just downloaded the app after a 5 year absence. Am weighing in at 15 stone 5lbs after two years of pretty much going off the rails. Fighting weight is 12 stone 5… the challenge is to get ski fit in time for a trip to Switzerland in December. Any tips? Anyone else giving themselves a deadline or a 5/6 month goal such as this? Safe to say I know I won’t lose all 3 stone in the next few months but I’d be happy with replacing the belly with some muscle. Send us a friend request.
