Resistance band workouts

I’ve invested in a set of the cable-type resistance bands with handles, for thing etc. Thought they might come with a guide to a set of exercises, but it’s limited. I’m looking for as full a body workout (along side body weight exercises) as I can get. Any recommendations where to look?

I like ACHV Peak YouTube channel — lots of variety from 20 min full body, push pull leg day specific videos, HIIT, etc.
