My body doesn't want to be under 260 pounds. I hate this. I am not starving. There is no famine. I am staying within my calories mostly except for 2 days this week. So why I have I stopped loosing. If anything I'm gaining. What is it that I need to do? Do I need to start eating 1300 calories instead of 1400.

    When you say you're "mostly" within budget "except for 2 days this week" - how off are you? I just took a quick flip through your diary, are you logging everything? I see blank meals, and I see nothing at all logged for the 4th.

    How long have you been at 260? A plateau is more than a month with no movement on the scale, if it's been a few days to a week or even two, trust the process (and tighten up that logging).
