Postnatal MFPs!

Hi everyone ! My name is Grace & I have two girls aged 2yrs old and 2months old! After years of on/off WW I switched to mfp last summer and was amazed at the progress I made (about 10kg lost in 3 months) even whilst breastfeeding. I think however went back to work, lost momentum and gained most of it back oh and also got pregnant again. I'm 99% sure my last baby will be my last - I'm turning 37 in December and my ultimate goal is to be fit and fabulous at 40! Prior to kids I was very into powerlifting but that all stopped when things went sour with my creepy PT (long story) then babies / covid . I would like to get back to the gym eventually but now most of my workouts realistically will be at home as I'm with the kids. My main exercise is using Apple fitness+ Home workouts , walking with buggy & spinning (we just got. Keiser spin bike At home). I had a c section And am breastfeeding so I'm taking it easy getting back into both workouts and calorie counting. Obviously just being "hot" isn't the goal, I have diabetes But want to steer myself away from high BP, cholesterol etc and set a healthy example for my daughters that women can be strong and healthy!
