How should my intake of protein/carbs/fat be broken down to lose weight the fastest? I've been working out (cardio and weights) so I'm thinking I should be higher on protein and keep fat and carbs lower, but not too low since I know I need these to fuel myself. What breakdown works for you?
Thanks! :-)
Thanks! :-)

I typically have mine set at 40 carb/ 40 protein/ 20 fat and quite often up the protein to 45 and lower the carbs to 35.0

Everyone is different. I think you need to try it out in different ways then see where you get the best results. I think 40/30/30 is a good place to start then adjust from there if needed.0
