I got one of these last week to get my @ss off the couch and moving during this pandemic. Man this thing is brutal its like a elliptical but your always at a incline. The first day I could only do 2min, today I hit 20. I would love to hear or see anyone's success story using this machine if there are any

I don't have that one but have the higher end LateralX. Pray it doesn't break. Good machines but the feet are prone to break right off (Bowflex uses cheap materials). And if it does break, expect 3 to 4 months of downtime because Bowflex customer service is absolutely horrific.
Good workouts though. Basically, the one I have is a lateral stepper -- goes sideways as well as up and down -- in 2 planes.
But you still can't out work a bad diet. I love steppers, don't get me wrong -- very efficient for calorie burning. But CICO is how you will lose. But getting fitter always is a fantastic idea.
I'm in pretty decent shape, but the first time I did the LateralX, I could only do like 10 minutes at the highest setting. Now, I regularly do 30 minutes along with rowing and Assault Bike (but I've been at cardio for 15 years now).1
