Mid 40's is Kicking My But

43 now bur I haven't let that stop anything. I'm full-time military, do Crossfit 4-6 days a week, skateboard when I can.... but struggle with the diet, so I see the barbell weights go up, the time goals being met, but the body fat ain't going away.... 10 years ago I used MFP for food tracking amd was supper successful. I went from a sloppy 190 to a ripped 165 in months. So I'm back on the wagon.
