Hi, I'm Bill

Hi all. My name is Bill. I've been very heavy all of my life but after my father died I really shot up. I was at 460 at my heaviest but had lost down to under 390. I've been doing this for about a month now and have crept back up to 400 but I'm trying to get things in order. Just got an exercise bike for some cardio and am starting to walk a bit. One problem is I got so used to eating out as my old house didn't have a working oven / stove but I'm trying to cook more for myself, learn better habits. Eating out is still my main problem, but I know it is a process.
