Thank you. A lot of ppl say I don't look like the same person
It's true! I can only reiterate what everyone else here has said to you. A heckuva transformation!! Did you do with before MFP or with MFP?
I hope others that are struggling with weight loss, can see this and reach their goals using your inspiration.1 -

YES please? I think many people are curious! We all find our own paths to the place we want to be but if you can offer things that strike a chord with someone else.......well, who knows who can be helped by your experience!1 -

Honestly all I did was eat lots of protein and veggies. Little to no carbs. No sodas, Sweets, pasta, breads, etc. Exercise everyday and lots of water. That's basically all I did. Took me just over 2 years to do it.1 -

Thank you so much. I lost my first 30-40lbs within the 1st year all on my own. But then came to this app to watch my calorie intake and carb intake and it helped me drop the remaining 60lbs this last year.0 -

Wowzers! You did an amazing job & you look great! Congratulations on such dedication & quite the transformation. May I ask how much did you lose total & how tall are you? I lost 70lbs recently within a year, I'm 5'8" and I love reading/looking at success stories like yours to keep me motivated (I have 5lbs to go until reaching my goal 😊)2

I'm so happy for you. As I say "no young woman should waste the best years of her life being fat." I managed to stay slim until I was 42 & had my 5th child and then I started gaining. At 48 I had a total hysterectomy & that winter I gained 40# as I was just so cold "internally." I was put on HRT but I didn't know how the hormone shift could have such side affects. I found Sparkpeople & then got help from Ward Dean M.D. so I'm down at 140# today.6
