I have officially started using skim milk in my morning decaf instead of non dairy creamer or half and half. I actually love it! Saves on calories and gives me more nutritional bang for my mug. Not as thick and creamy as my coffee used to be, but I still enjoy it just as much as ever! :drinker:

Good for you! Sounds like what I did...went from using 18% cream to half and half to 2% to skim in my decaf coffee! LOL! Now I skip the coffee all together! I also started using Unsweetened Almond Milk in my cereal. Mmmmmm delicious!

    Well Done!!

Good for you! It's such a simple thing to do to make a difference! And I'll bet that it won't be long before even semi skim will taste too thick to you!! I have it black if that's all that's in the office 'cause it feels like it coats my mouth in a most unpleasant way!!

Good for you. I recently switched from Flavored Coffee Mate to Non-Dairy Light powder creamer with 1 truvia packet. Soon I will try to switch to my fat free milk.

Good work! It is all about making better choices. I used to eat chips and salsa at least once a week (with queso sauce) today I had guiltless gourmet chips and salsa in a small portion. It was yum and well within my plan

Good move - I switched down to 1% on my cereal and in my coffee, and apart from it being a little thinner it tasted just fine. Goodbye fatty milk!!

I haven't tried them but I hear a lot of people talking about cutting up pitta or wrapbreads and baking them to make healthy chips - sounds pretty good!

I have baked pitas before, a good snaack is whole wheat pita toasted brushed with a tough of oilive oil and fresh tomatoes on top, kind of like a brushetta. My bf toasted a pita with peanut butter on it yesterday, it looked yum!
