Has anyone tried any Lactium peptide products?

I stumbled upon the milk peptide called Lactium or alpha-s1 casein hydrolysate (ACH).

This peptide was extracted from milk to improve sleep and relaxation for better recovery at night (a very important thing when you are working out).

So, I briefly read some studies:

Seems that it's a promising thing but I want to know how it works in the real world. Has anyone tried this peptide, which brand?

I found that it is included in products of different brands for babies and adults as well:

https://peppyshake.com/herbalife-24/restore/
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Zen-Time-Lactium-vegetarian-capsules/dp/B015ZNCC9S

I would be grateful if you share your experience.

While I haven't tried these products, it's great to see you're referencing human studies.

Thing is, there may be more effective (as well as cheaper) ways of improving your restorative sleep. Have you tried a number of ways to do so already?

Yes, I know different ways and tried with varying degrees of success. The amino acid Tryptophan is ok! It helps to produce Melatonin. The GABA is also good for sleep.

Audio meditation tracks are also ok.

Thing is, I'm using different short peptides (peptide bioregulation) for anti-aging purposes and not only. And I know that milk can relax a bit. It occurred mostly due to this peptide and not the protein. So, I guess you need the right concentration of it for adults and it seems promising.

    thanks for reply
