46 pounds down in 8 months

Hi everyone! Started calorie counting November 2020 and lost 46 pounds, now I’m also still calorie counting but now working out 4 days a week and cycling for 1 hour on the weekend, or sometimes I might walk for 2 hours instead.
I’m a stay at home mom of 4 and I’m 30 years old.

    Congratulations on your weight-loss progress so far: That's really excellent! It sounds like you're on a good route fitness-wise, too: Double win!

    What are your goals at this point (lose more? maintain? improve fitness or body composition?).?
