Macros during bikini prep

I am on certain macros/cardio dieting for a bikini contest in October. 3 out of 7 days I work a very physical job in a grocery store (in addition to 6 strength/cardio days at gym) I feel like I’m burning even more calories in these 3 days and don’t feel like I’m getting enough nutrition in to me. Should my macros be increased during those work days?

    My understanding of this life is that your prep program (assuming you're following one) should already have your macros, menu and muscle-defining program (aka workouts) clearly established.

    If so, and you're currently doing cardio (as part of a cutting phase of this program, I'll presume), then check in with the program creator or your coach about a slight increase in calories for those days.

    Alternatively, if you have a weekly cheat meal already integrated into the workout plan then you can save the extra few calories for that time 🤷🏿‍♀️
