Hi I am Karlie!! I'm back to MFP after a while and looking for friends to support.

I have lost 22lbs and have 25lbs to go, so about halfway there to my overall goal.
Because of my muscular disabilities its difficult for me to train regularly but I have found great success in Aqua Therapy!
