If you haven't heard of Cori from Redefining Strength, I highly recommend looking into her. Full disclosure: I don't follow her workouts as they're just not for me, but do use a lot of her prehab stuff to prevent further injuries/muscle aches. However, I LOVE her philosophy on healthy eating and fitness and I've learned a lot from her.
