If you followed instructions, MFP is estimating your before-exercise calorie/macro needs (NEAT). When you log your exercise, the macros add proportionally to your percentages, along with the exercise calories.
Most other sites/calculators estimate your total calorie needs including intentional exercise (TDEE).
They both intend for exercise to affect your actual calorie/macro intake, but MFP expects you to log it when you actually do it, most others average it into your daily goal based on planned exercise.6
