Usually it is hard for me to stay within my caloric intake guidelines...

But, today, I actually had about 700 calories leftover.

I have no idea how it happened, but I was thrilled to be able to have a snack with my olders -- a white chicken egg roll! Yipppeeeee!

But... I still have several hundred calories leftover.

SO... my question is... should I quick find something else to eat? Or is it alright to leave it as it is??????????

Love,
Carrie

i think you have to ask yourself if you are hungry. If yes then eat something else. If not, then I would leave it.

I work on this too. Sometimes its too much number crunching and you have to listen to your body.

If this becomes a habit (like it did with m, but i'm breaking it) then you can send your body into starvation mode. Meaning your body thinks that you are starving so it saves some of the calories you eat and turn them into FAT  ! or makes them that harder for your body to burn them. any read banks post call something to the effect of "newbies read this" and read all those posts listed:wink: They will help a lot
