Sure would like to include oxalate value for people who have kidney stone problems!

The highest source of oxalates in normal foods are spinach, berries, and chocolate.
I find that I don't have issues as long as I limit my consumption of these to 1 or 2 servings a week and don't mix them together on the same day.
The other big contributor to stones is dehydration. When you get dehydrated or are cronically dehydrated, it allows the oxalates to accumulate in the kidneys and form stones. Keeping hydrated keeps the oxalates flushed from the kidneys.
Following the above guidelines, I haven't had any stones in the last 10 years.2
