I first started working out regularly in prison, took me over 6 months to hit my goal, I got out and stopped working out and lost all my gains. Jus started a memebership at anytime and now I’m learning about all the supplements you can take that I didn’t have in the joint. So I’m really excited to experiment with these new tools I have.

If you were able to gain muscle in prison, you shouldn't need all those supplements. Just eat a clean whole food diet and you should be fine. Save your money and use it for something else, like whole foods and savings and once you hit a goal, take that money saved and do something special for yourself. I wish you great luck on the outside, because the inside sucks.3
